Graham Rawson papers, 1913-1947.

The collection consists of correspondence of Graham Rawson from 1913-1947. Much of the correspondence documents Rawson's attempts to get his works published and his plays produced or the financial side of publication. Other correspondence pertains to the problems of translating dramatic works; difficulties associated with turning novels into films or plays; and books reviewed for publishing companies particularly George Allen and Unwin. The collection contains both incoming correspondence to Rawson as well as typed carbons of his letters.
